Complete the Partner Application Form and submit this along with the following documents. This application form must be completed by the company’s authorized representative in making the application. To ensure that application is processed without delay, please make sure that the information provided is accurate.
- Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Form 24 , 49, 9 & 13.
- Company Profile
- Copy of Directors IC
- For corporations, the government issued IDs of all incorporators or directors
- For partnerships or sole proprietorships, the government issued IDs of the partners or proprietors.
Application must complete the form and submit all documents required for further process.
