Please refer to the formal contract between Tech Titan and a partner with the end customer that outlines the terms, scope, and conditions under which services will be provided.

Support Procedures

For each support request, you can email support-my@tech-titan.com, and the TTD technical support team will assign a case ticket number to your request. If you call or email with multiple issues, TTD may create different case numbers to track each issue. Make sure to note down the service request number and provide it in any follow-up communication regarding the issue.

Support Response Times

A response means that we acknowledge your call or email request and assign a Technical Support Case Ticket Number. In some cases, we may need additional information from you to resolve the issue.

 

Business Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.)
Response Time: Up to 4 hours for calls and emails.

 

All calls and emails will be directed to the Technical Support Engineers on duty.
